News Specialist Stacey Butler reporting
The identity of the man police say forced his way into a Midvale home and tried to sexually assault a 17-year-old girl is released tonight.
Tohi Angilau remains behind bars tonight and police believe he may have other victims.
They say Angilau has knocked on at least one other door in Sandy and tried to sexually assault another woman.
Tonight he is behind bars for forcing his way into a Midvale home Friday morning and forcing himself on a 17-year-old girl.
Luckily she was able to push him out the door.
Angilau is described as Hispanic or Pacific Islander - 5' 9" tall and 250 pounds. This composite sketch was created Friday based on the Midvale woman's description.
The 54-year-old may face two first degree felonies for entering with intent to commit sexual assault and the assault itself.
The girl was home alone Friday morning when the suspect knocked on the door and offered to trim the trees in the front yard.
The victim opened the door and said her parents were gone and that's when he pushed his way inside and started kissing her. She was able to push him outside and call police.
Police say this isn't the first time he's tried to assault a woman at home alone.
Sandy police report a man with the same description offered to landscape one woman's front yard and kissed her hand and cheek.
Police say they're happy to get this man off the streets.
