(Salt Lake City, KSL News) -- The little boy abandoned in a Utah ShopKo store, allegedly by his stepfather, went home with his biological father Joel today.
Three-year-old Jonathan Jacob Corpuz and his dad were reunited this weekend, and a court hearing this morning granted Joel Corpuz full custody.
Jonathan Jacob was left at the Sugarhouse ShopKo on January 25.
His stepfather, Lyle Montgomery, has only been charged with a misdemeanor so far. Jonathan Jacob's mother is still missing.
