(KSL News) A smashed bottle of Vodka was among the items police seized from the car of a teenager accused of killing three members of a Sugarhouse family. That's according to a search warrant affidavit made public yesterday.
The 17-year-old Skyline High School student is facing four counts of felony automobile homicide, including a count for an unborn child.
Prosecutors want to charge him as an adult.
