SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Jazz traded 2009 first-round draft pick Eric Maynor plus Matt Harpring's rights to the Oklahoma City Thunder Tuesday in exchange for the rights to 6-foot-11 forward Peter Fehse, from Germany who was a second-round pick of the Sonics in 2002. Fehse has never played in the NBA and instead remained in Europe.

According to the Deseret News, Fehse played for the Deutsche Bank Skyliners in 2000-03, for the Mitteldeutscher BC during the 2003-04 season, when his team won the FIBA Europe Cup, and joined his current ballclub, the New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig, in 2004. He has played for New Yorker for three seasons.

Maynor was the 20th pick in this past June's NBA Draft. He has averaged 5.2 points and 3.1 assists in 26 games this season.
