(Salt Lake City-AP) Salt Lake City police have arrested a man they believe is connected to five recent bank holdups.
The 27-year-old man was arrested after the heist at Wells Fargo on South Main Street yesterday.
A witness gave police a good description of the thief and the getaway vehicle. Police say they found that suspect and his vehicle a short time later.
Investigators say they've linked him to the Wells Fargo job, plus four other bank robberies that have happened in the past couple months.
He's in the county jail awaiting formal charges.
