(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The University of Utah has hired a Syracuse administrator to take over as dean of the College of Health.
James E. "Jay" Graves was approved today by the University of Utah Board of Trustees. The appointment is effective July First.
Graves is currently the Syracuse associate dean for graduate studies, budget and research in the College of Education. He received a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and a master's degree from Central Connecticut State University, both in biological sciences.
He has a doctorate in exercise science from the University of Massachusetts.
