John Hollenhorst reportingNaky Bishop Steah/Acacia's Aunt: "UNTIL THERE'S PROOF THAT ACACIA IS DEAD, SHE'S ALIVE"

Frustrated with the police investigation so far, the family of a kidnapped Utah toddler offered a reward today and appealed for help from the public.

The police search has focused on the Snake River in Idaho Falls, but the family believes they're looking in the wrong place.

The baby's aunt and uncle just returned from the search in Idaho. They live in Holladay. They've decorated the home with signs and posters demonstrating the hope that Acacia Bishop is still alive.

In Idaho Falls, searchers spent must of the last week in boats and diving gear. They're trying to figure out if the baby was drowned there by her own grandmother.

Kelley Lodmell is reportedly mentally ill and was found in the river a day after she allegedly kidnapped her granddaughter in Utah. She's been charged with killing the toddler in a failed murder suicide attempt.

But the family suspects she actually handed Acacia off to an accomplice and then staged a fake drowning. The family is now offering a five thousand dollar reward.

Naky Bishop Steah/Acacia's Aunt: "AS A FAMILY WE BELIEVE WITH ALL OF OUR HEARTS THAT SHE IS STILL ALIVE AND WE WANT HER BACK. WE'LL DO ANYTHING TO GET HER BACK, THAT'S WHAT WE'RE OFFERING"
