(KSL News) -- If you tried to get to Davis County from Salt Lake on I-15 this morning, you are well aware of what a mess it was.
I-15 Northbound was shut down for several hours after a deadly five car accident.
A black S-U-V was traveling southbound, when the driver started to swerve... lost control of the vehicle, and crossed the highway near 10th north.
The S-U-V was then hit by two cars traveling northbound.
The 19-year-old driver was ejected from the S-U-V and killed.
The driver of a white truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
And the drivers of the other three cars involved in the pile up walked away with no injuries.
