SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Kennecott Utah Copper and the United Steelworkers of America have reached tentative agreement on a six-year contract.
Members of the union, which represents 1,300 workers at the mine and smelter, will vote Monday on the proposed agreement.
The company and steelworker representatives declined to reveal details of the agreement pending the ratification vote.
