A Sandy woman is in custody for starting a July Fourth house fire. Forty-four year old Kathy Lee Rowland was arrested yesterday on suspicion of aggraved arson and burglary.
She's accused of setting fire to her ex-boyfriend's Salt Lake County home. A witness placed Rowland at the scene just before the fire was reported.
That fire caused about 75-thousand dollars in damages.
