(Logan-AP) -- The body of a missing plumber was found hidden at a house under construction in Logan.

Investigators are ruling the death a homicide.

Search dogs found Mike Boudrero's body yesterday.

The man's 1997 Camaro was found abandoned three blocks away -- keys still in the ignition.

North Park Police Sergeant John Italasano says Boudrero's torso showed several fatal wounds inflicted by an unknown instrument or weapon.

Investigators believe Boudrero's body went unnoticed by a dozen construction workers at the house over three days.

Police aren't saying where in the house the body was found hidden.

They say it's not clear if Boudrero was killed at the home or another location.

The 47-year-old Boudrero was a plumber who had lived in Logan all his life.

His sons Ryan and Chris say their father received a "weird" telephone call Tuesday from a man who wouldn't give his name.

That man was adamant that Boudrero inspect the plumbing at an address he didn't reveal before leaving.

The plumber's cell phone records show he took three calls that evening from Colorado and Georgia.

Police are investigating those leads.
