LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Tamara Rhinehart, the fourth ex-wife of Mike Boudrero, has been charged with aggravated murder in the shooting death of the Logan plumber.

"It looks like there's some insurance involved," Cache County Attorney George Daines said Tuesday. "It looks like a cold-blooded murder."

Rhinehart, 44, and her boyfriend, Craig Duncan Nicholls, 39, a South African national who lives in Kaysville, were arrested Monday night at Rhinehart's residence in Clearfield.

She was booked into the Cache County Jail and was being held without bail. She was charged Tuesday in 1st District Court.

Nicholls, who resides in Kaysville, is being held without bail in Salt Lake City by the Immigration and Naturalization Services. He has not been charged in Boudrero's slaying. Daines said criminal charges were expected to be filed, but he would not say what charges they would be.

Boudrero's sons said they last saw him on July 8 after he received a call insisting he look at the plumbing at a residence.

His body was found July 11 in the basement of a partially built home in North Logan. The 47-year-old man had been shot several times in the chest and back with a .30-caliber handgun, and his body had been dragged into a storage room under the front porch of the residence.

North Park police said an acquaintance of Rhinehart's told authorities Rhinehart had talked about having Boudrero killed.

"Ms. Rhinehart was discussing how Mr. Boudrero was harassing her," an affidavit states the informant said. "She said it would no longer be a problem because Ms. Rhinehart was to have Mr. Boudrero killed. When asked who would kill him, Tamara Rhinehart said her boyfriend would do it."

Investigators said a phone card purchased by Nicholls in Brigham City was used for three calls to Boudrero.
