OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A federal judge gave a Utah man a 41-month prison term for traveling to Oklahoma to have sex with a minor.

U.S. District Judge David Russell sentenced Steven Odell Clark, 49, of Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday.

Clark pleaded guilty in March to one count each of enticement of a minor to engage in a sexual act and traveling across state lines with intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor.

According to court documents, Clark used the Internet and telephone in attempts to persuade an undercover FBI agent to meet and engage in sexual acts.
