(KSL News) -- The margin is slim, but voters in Holladay have elected to change the form of government in that city. The outcome of the vote affects the political power structure in the three and a half year old city.
By a vote of 3102 to 2783 citizens voted to limit the mayor's power--a big change to the city's government. They voted to give the mayor a voice in decisions, but not a veto power.
The debate has sparked strong emotions in the community for weeks.
