(KSL News) -- A 15-year old is now charged with murder in the shooting death of a 21-year old in Magna.
The shooting happened earlier this month at an Auto Zone store after a chance meeting between rival gang members.
John Tupou-Nee-oo-a was shot and killed. His 18-year old brother, who was shot in the chest, survived.
Prosecutors want to try the 15-year old and three other juveniles involved in the incident as adults.
