(KSL News) -- A Utah-based memorial to September 11th victims will soon be flying across the country.
The first of these flag memorials left from Sandy this morning, bound for Livingston, New Jersey. The 3031 flags have been on display at City Hall and represent each person who died in the 9-11 attacks.
To commemorate the second anniversary of the attacks, they're being sent to cities in Texas, Oregon, and New York.
