(KSL News) Governor Mike Leavitt officially opens the Olympic Legacy park to the public with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 this morning.
Last night, the Olympic Cauldron at the University of Utah was lit to mark the opening of the park.
Former Olympic Committee head Mitt Romney was on hand for the lighting, as was Salt Lake Mayor Rocky Anderson.
