(KSL News) This morning's High 5 honors a husband and wife in Brigham City. They've been married 47 years.

Ralph and Maxine Rudell were nominated by their children and grandchildren. We're told the Rudells are a great example of a loving relationship.

Leslie, Nominated parents: "As we grew up, we never saw any fighting in the home. We knew they were happy. We never saw any contention. And they were always showing each other love and hugs. To this day, they still show love and affection to each other. They're such a good example to our kids."

Maxine Ruddell, nominated by daughter: "I thought I was doing something that was ordinary. But I'm thrilled that they thought of us. He's my best friend. He's a good helper. So it just came naturally."
