(KSL News) A Provo man is in critical condition this moring after getting hit with a baseball bat.

Provo City Police say the fight started in a neighborhood around 2550 West and 620 North last night.

One person left hurt, but returned later with friends. Another fight started and several people were hit with a baseball bat.

Ernesto Delgado, 18, was the most badly injured.

Police are questioning witnesses and have several suspects in custody.

Charges could range from misdemeaner assault to manslaughter if the victim dies.
