(Provo-AP) -- A Spanish Fork man will spend up to 45-years behind bars for sexually abusing a disabled teenager.
38-year old Joseph Engle stood quietly while he was sentenced yesterday for sexually abusing the 16-year old boy.
The judge also fined Engle five-thousand dollars for one of the four second degree felony forcible sexual abuse charges.
Prosecutors say the victim had the emotional maturity of a seven-year old and Engle took advantage of it by forcing him into sexual acts.
Engle says he admitted he committed the crimes before he was arrested.
