(KSL News) Our Valentine's High 5 week continues this morning with a couple who are a great example of love and devotion.

Our Coco Warner introduces us to a couple who's keeping their chin up, despite some serious medical challenges.

Herbert and Faye Koehler were nominated by their daughter Kelly Boyce. Herbert received a heart pump just over two years ago and is now hospitalized for a replacement.

High 5 Honors Couple Facing Medical Challenges

He's obviously faced great medical challenges. His wife, Faye, has been right there supporting him. Kelly describes them as a great example of unconditional love and wanted to see them get some recognition.

Kelly Boyce, Nominated parents: "I nominated the two of you because you've been an extreme example to me of how two people can truly love each other and stay together forever."

Faye Koehler, Nominated by daughter: "It's been a struggle. We didn't expect it to be this difficult this time through. Complications have come along, but the good Lord has been with us and preserved him thus far. We want another five years at least."

You can check the link above to nominate someone in your life who you think deserves a High 5.
