(KSL News) -- Police in Ogden want your help finding a 91-year old man who's been missing since September 5th.
Jose Espinoza was last seen while shopping with his wife at the Macey's on 36th Street.
He suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Ezpinoza is described as about 5 feet tall and weighing about 160 pounds.
He was last wearing a light blue baseball cap, a tan long-sleeved shirt and dark-colored pants.
