(KSL News) -- They brought out the heavy equipment today for a ground breaking in Cedar City, at least the heaviest equipment the place makes!
The Happy Factory, founded eight years ago by Charles and Donna Cooley, has made hundreds of thousands of simple wooden toys, distributed free to children in need all over the world.
The Happy Factory first outgrew the Cooley's basement, then outgrew its donated space, and now will have a permanent home near Cedar City's airport.
The Happy Factory movement is growing, now with more than 20 workshops across the country.
