(KSL News) Prices at the pump are starting to creep back-up.
According to the Lundburg Survey, gasoline has gone up nearly four cents a gallon over the past three weeks.
The National Average for a gallon of regular unleaded is at $2.22. In Utah, it's $2.08.
A sharp spike in prices is not expected even though the price of crude oil and reserves is above where it was this time last year.
