Man Accused of Killing Toddler Faces Arraignment Today

(KSL News) A man accused of killing his girlfriend's two-year-old son is scheduled to be arraigned today.

Phillip Guymon was babysitting the toddler when he fell out of his crib, hit his head and started crying. Guymon said he picked the boy up by his shirt and threw him across the room.

The boy stopped breathing and later died at the hospital.
