(KSL News) A hearing to discuss the competency report for Wanda Barzee is scheduled for today. Barzee is the woman charged in the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping case.
Barzee and her husband, Brian David Mitchell, will not be present at the Matheson Courthouse.
Today's hearing is just a review of the results from Barzee's psychiatric evaluations.
That review will determine whether she will stand trial on those kidnapping charges.
