(KSL News) -- A Utah man is facing 54-counts of fraud, after conducting bad business on e-Bay.
Investigators say Russell Dana Smith offered computer equipment for sale on internet auction site.
Smith allegedly accepted payment from the winning bidders... but never delivered any of the equipment.
Detectives estimate there are at least 6-thousand victims and millions of dollars in losses.
