(Layton-AP) -- A woman who was convicted of killing her lover's estranged wife in 1985 and was later paroled is on her way back to prison after a D-U-I conviction.
Another D-U-I charge also remains pending against Kittie Eakes.
Eakes has been charged four times with driving under the influence. A Weber County sheriff's case was later thrown out and one in Roy was lowered to an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.
The case sending her back to prison came after an arrest last October in which she was found driving drunk in a construction zone, plowing into several orange barrels.
Last March, Eakes was released from parole and terminated from her sentence for the slaying of Sharon Wetzel.
