(Salt Lake City-AP) -- The trial for a former L-D-S Bishop accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year old girl could wrap up as early as today.

Jurors will hear closing arguments in the case this afternoon before deliberating.

Spencer Dixon is charged with first-degree felony sexual abuse of a girl.

The girl testified that the former Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Bishop touched her twice on the buttocks and once on the breast as they wheeled a t-v cart out of a room in the church's library.

Dixon testified he didn't realize where he was touching and repeatedly said it was not sexual.

The charges were elevated to a first-degree felony because he's in a position of trust to the girl.

He could face five-years to life in prison if convicted.
