(KSL News) -- A 30-year old woman is in jail, accused of killing her eighteen-month old foster child.

Jeanette Gomez was booked into jail for criminal homicide and child abuse. West Valley police were called to a home Wednesday night on a report of a child not breathing. Protective services has since removed a second child from the home.
Capt. Craig Black, West Valley City Police: "We don't have anything that leads us to believe there are any other victims of any type of abuse in this home."
The case is being screened by the district attorney's office to determine if formal charges will be filed.
