(KSL News) -- Officials at Kennecott are investigating an industrial accident that claimed the life of a sub-contractor.
Co-workers found the 42- year old man dead yesterday afternoon.
His name has not been released.
Investigators say an autopsy is being performed to try to determine exactly what happened.
