(KSL News) -- The 21-year old driver responsible for jumping a curb and killing a six-year old boy has been officially charged this afternoon.
Tory Jacques faces automobile homicide, driving under the influence and aggravated assault charges.
Detectives say Jacques hit a family of four in Magna as they were walking to a nearby Mcdonalds. Two of the children and their father are recovering tonight.
Blood alcohol tests reveal Jacques was over the legal limit.
