(South Ogden-AP) -- A man who once operated a daycare center out of his home is pleading guilty to raping a four-year old girl.
42-year old Mark Riley Nielson pleaded guilty to three first-degree felony counts of rape of a child.
In exchange for his plea, nine additional counts of the same charges were dropped.
Police arrested Nielson in September. They found an extensive child and adult video pornography collection inside his home.
Nielson and his wife ran a daycare out of their South Ogden home last year.
He will be sentenced December 30. He could face up to life in prison.
