(Provo-AP) -- A woman is recovering today from a traumatizing experience.
The woman was putting her two-year old daughter into her carseat yesterday around one p-m when she was carjacked.
Police say the suspect told her to get in the car and drive.
The woman drove around southern Provo for about an hour and a half when the she told the carjacker she was running out of gas and pulled into a gas station.
That's when the suspect fled on foot and the woman called 911.
Police caught up to the man not far from the gas station.
He's identified as 24-year old Nathan Stone. He's in the Utah County Jail facing felony kidnapping charges.
