(Ogden-AP) -- An Ogden man's facing attempted homicide charges for trying to shoot a man because he didn't like his shirt.
Witnesses say the 39-year old suspect and the 36-year old victim were arguing in an Ogden apartment around two a-m Tuesday morning.
Police say the suspect didn't like the color of the shirt the victim was wearing, so he pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him. He then punched the victim in the face.
When the victim fled, the suspect followed him wearing only a tee-shirt and underwear.
The report says he fired at least three shots at the victim, but missed.
Police found the suspect hiding at a nearby church by following the footprints in the snow. He was booked into the Weber County Jail.
