(Orem-AP) -- A Utah County family wants an Orem fast-food restaurant to apologize to them publicly.

Kate Geary says she was breast-feeding her daughter in the playground area of a Burger King when an employee walked up to her and told her to either nurse in the bathroom or leave.

Burger King says they were responding to customer complaints when they asked her to move. The restaurant doesn't have a breast-feeding policy.

But Utah state law says the woman is allowed to breast-feed in any place she may rightfully be.
