(KSL News) -- An update on the story yesterday where a man jumped from a moving truck after a domestic dispute in South Jordan.

Police believe 26-year old Jeremy Densley purposefully jumped from the car he was riding in with his girlfriend Nicola Schmalzreid.

That's based on testimony from the woman, and past history of domestic violence and threats of suicide.

The case still awaits a medical examiners report.

Police don't anticipate filing charges against the woman.
