(KSL News) -- Police arrested a janitor last night in the rape of a 20-year old mentally challenged man at the University of Utah.

Robert McCormack is in the Salt Lake County jail charged with two counts of rape.

The victim who works at the university told police he was raped twice last week by the same man, on two different occasions in a restroom at the Merrill Engineering building.
