(KSL News) -- A Utah soldier serving in Iraq has been killed in action.
Captain Nathan S. Dalley, who is from Kaysville, was killed on Monday while on duty in Baghdad.

There are no details on how Captain Dalley died; although news reports yesterday indicated a 1st Armored Division soldier died in Baghdad from a gunshot wound that occurred in a "non-hostile" situation.
Captain Dalley signed to the 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division.
Congressman Rob Bishop, whose district includes Kaysville, announced the death of Captain Dalley and offered condolences to his family, saying, "...his sacrifice has not been in vain. He was involved in a noble cause..."
