(Salt Lake City-AP) -- A 45-year-old man is facing two counts of forcible sodomy for the rape of a man twice on the University of Utah campus.
The charges were filed in court yesterday. The charges say the man grabbed the victim's arm and threatened to kill him if he didn't follow him into the restroom of the Merrill Engineering Building. That's where each assault took place on November 3 and 4.
The charges are first degree felonies.
