(Logan-AP) -- She's accused of having her boyfriend kill her ex-husband. Now she's accused of stealing from relatives.
Tamra Rhinehart was charged with felony communications fraud, theft and burglary Thursday. That's in addition to the capital aggravated murder charges she already faces.
Prosecutors say Rhinehart invited an elderly relative out to dinner in June so her boyfriend could break into the home. Craig Nicholls told investigators he stole about six-thousand dollars from a safe in the home.
Nicholls admitted to shooting Rhinehart's ex-husband Mike Boudrero in July to help collect on an insurance policy she took out on him.
Nicholls was sentenced to 20-years to life in prison for his role in the murder.
Rhinehart has a preliminary hearing December 15.
