(KSL) -- Utah Highway Patrol Troopers say speed caused a fatal accident last night on Interstate 215.
Troopers say the driver of the car, 45 year old Ann Dean, was speeding down I-215 and tried to take the 280 East exit.
She lost control of the car, hit a tree, and rolled the vehicle several times. It caught fire.
A bystander tried to get Dean out of the car, but couldn't.
