(Ogden, Utah-AP) -- A 76-year-old Ogden woman has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute drugs.
Santos Amaro Higareda was arrested after a search warrant was served at her home. She was arraigned this week.
Narcotics strike force Commander Mike Ashment says police found one-and-a-half-pounds of methamphetamine and a smaller quantity of hallucinogenic mushrooms at the home.
He says agents also recovered more than 100-thousand-dollars in cash.
Higareda is being held without bail at the Weber County Jail. A preliminary hearing has been set for December Ninth.
Ashment says the case could be transferred to federal court for easier prosecution.
