(KSL News) -- A former Brigham Young University basketball player accused of driving drunk appeared in court.
Rashaun Broadus was arrested last month. He's charged with DUI, not having a driver's license, speeding and having illegally tinted windows.
Broadus has been suspended from the team and a BYU Honor Code investigation is ongoing.
He'll be back in court at the end of the month to enter a plea.
