(KSL News) Three people charged with robbing a Lindon bank three times are indicted by a federal grand jury.
Kylee and Joshua Rich, along with Roland Thompson, are charged with three counts of both bank robbery and using a dangerous weapon. The Deseret Morning News reports all of them face mandatory prison time if convicted.
Joshua Rich is accused of robbing the bank three times and faces the most time in prison-- a mandatory 57 years.
Police say Thompson acted as the getaway driver in the first two robberies. He faces a mandatory 32 years.
Kylee Rich faces a mandatory seven years for her part as getaway driver in the third robbery. An arraignment hearing is scheduled for next week.
