(KSL News) -- A "hot" item went on sale today, just in time for Christmas.
A calendar with 12 big black and white photos of Salt Lake's bravest.
The Salt Lake Fire Department spent the evening fanning flames in hearts by -autographing their new 2004 calendar. The photographer admits these picture pages are a little different... all the men are -modestly dressed.
Angela Synder/Photographer/Publisher of Calendar: "We wanted to do something a little less of the beecake, and do something a little more respectful of the firefighters, you know, kind of respect their image."
The firefighters turned poster-boys said they're excited about the calendar because of it's all for a good cause.
Proceeds from the signing party and the sure-to-be holiday treasure go to the Intermountain Burn Center and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
