(KSL News) -- The state has filed 23 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor against a man it says was living in an abandoned boxcar near Saltair.
Kent Leroy St. Charles was arrested last June. Police say St. Charles ran a phone line from a boxcar into Saltair's main building for internet access.
Inside the boxcar, police found thousands of sexually explicit pictures and video clips of girls under the age of 18.
Police say St. Charles admitted to downloading the pictures and copying them onto CDs.
They have moved him from his boxcar to a jail cell.
