(KSL News) -- As the holiday season kicks off with parties and winter festivities, AAA and Mother's Against Drunk Driver's are teaming up this holiday season to remind designated drivers not to drink before they drive.
Each year, more than half a million people are injured in alcohol-related auto accidents.
To help encourage sober driving, AAA and MADD has teamed up with some of the top names in hospitality such as Le Meridien and Utah's own Stein Eriksen Lodge to provide the recipes listed below for delicious non-alcoholic drinks.
The drinks are all easy to mix.
Non-alcoholic Holiday Drink Recipes
(All recipes yield one serving unless otherwise noted)
Caramel Apple Courtesy Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City, Utah
1 oz caramel syrup
1/2 oz vanilla syrup
apple juice
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add caramel syrup and vanilla syrup. Fill with apple juice. Garnish with a tall straw and a caramel.

1 oz soda
5 oz cranberry juice
splash pineapple juice
splash orange juice
Combine ingredients and serve over ice.

5 oz ginger ale
splash pineapple juice
juice from 1 lime
Combine ingredients and serve chilled.

20 oz cranberry juice
4 oz Rose's lime juice
10 oz water
6 tsp sugar
Stir all ingredients in a punch bowl, add ice cubes. Garnish with orange slices. Serves 12-15.

4 oz grape juice
4 oz ginger ale
Serve in a tall wine glass, over ice cubes. Garnish with orange slice and a cherry.

3 oz espresso
3 oz whipping cream
2 tsp sugar
Blend with 1/2 scoop of ice.

8 oz cola or diet cola
4 oz half & half
2 tsp vanilla extract
Fill a chimney glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Garnish with a cherry.

Crush some fresh mint into the bottom of a tall chimney glass; add cracked ice. Fill the glass with apple juice and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Fill chimney glass with cracked ice; top off with equal parts of orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice. Add a dash of grenadine.
