(KSL News) -- Thousands of people are still in the dark after the storm knocked out their power.
And things could stay that way until Sunday for some.

Right now Utah Power is working to turn the lights and heat back on for 28-thousand people.
The south part of the valley is the hardest hit, with other outages in Ogden, Layton, and several other smaller communities.
All of their crews are out on the streets right now, and crews from other states are even being brought in to help.
