(KSL News) Members of a Murray family are counting their blessings this morning after escaping a house fire.
Adam Cordon/Homeowner: "Ran inside and said 'Call 911, get out of the house, your house is on fire!'"
The extended family and five children all got out safely.
But the fire couldn't have come at a worse time. This new home addition was just completed last week. And the family's expecting a new baby this week.
Fire officials say insulation in the ceiling caught fire from a series of very hot canister lights.
